The clean water sensor isn’t giving me the right reading

The clean water sensor is fitted into the tank lid. The part number for the sensor on the Exclusive models is: 701 070 801 A, and its dimensions are 420 mm in length and 12 mm in diameter. The problem is that it is out of stock, and even if it were available, the price is exorbitant. So there’s no choice but to have a go at DIY: DIY 1, DIY 2. How can I find out part numbers?

If you’re looking for a specific part but don’t know the part number to buy it, you can use CarProg2. Here’s what to do: click on the CarProg2 option in the left-hand menu, then scroll down to the TR – Transporter – 1991>>2019 option. Select the year and browse through the different categories. The warning buzzer for lights on isn’t working

If you leave the lights on when you switch off the ignition, the van has a buzzer to alert you and prevent the battery from running flat. If it doesn’t work, it’s most likely that the buzzer has broken or there’s a faulty connection. To locate it, open the glove compartment to the left of the steering wheel, where the fuses and relays are located. In position 9 of the relays, you’ll find the buzzer marked number 36.

Can I fit LED lights to the VW T4?
