High roof and windows
This model features a high-roof fibreglass roof, which provides greater interior space and allows you to stand upright inside the campervan. The side and rear windows are fitted with integrated blackout blinds and fly screens, offering both privacy and ventilation without worrying about insects. It also has a 28×28 cm skylight, which allows for better ventilation and lets natural light into the interior.
Rear section and integrated bike rack
The rear of the Exclusive is made of fibreglass and includes an integrated bike rack with a maximum load capacity of 40 kg. This allows you to transport bikes safely without needing to fit an additional bike rack.
Bathroom
A unique feature is its separate bathroom, which includes a Thetford C3 chemical toilet and a fold-down washbasin, providing greater comfort for users on their journeys without having to rely on external facilities.
Control unit and controls
The integrated control unit allows you to manage various aspects of the van, such as controlling the temperature of the fridge and the auxiliary heating, as well as displaying the voltage and charge level of the secondary battery. The kitchen is equipped with two gas hobs and a Camping Gaz 907 butane cylinder located beneath the hob. It also features a sink with a tap and a 40-litre Dometic RC1140 or RC1140/1 fridge, connected to the auxiliary battery, which allows for the efficient use of energy resources whilst travelling.
Water tanks
The California Exclusive has a 55-litre fresh water tank, located behind the bathroom, and a 65-litre waste water tank situated beneath the kitchen. This ensures ample capacity for trips lasting several days without the need for frequent refilling or emptying.
Auxiliary heating
The van is fitted with a Hydronic D3WZ stationary heater, which is controlled via the control unit, allowing the interior to be heated without needing to start the engine – a feature that is particularly useful in cold weather or at night.
Seats and beds
The swivelling front seats with armrests offer flexibility by creating a social area when the van is parked. The rear seat is a two-seater and converts into a bed measuring 1.12 m x 1.89 m. Above, mounted on rails, is a pull-out bed measuring 1.07 m x 2 m, fitted with a 6.5 cm-thick mattress, which provides a comfortable sleeping space for two more people.
Table and storage
Inside the Exclusive, there are two folding tables. The small table, measuring 37 cm x 33 cm, is integrated into the left-hand side panel, whilst the large table (available in two sizes: 96 cm x 44 cm or 101 cm x 41.4 cm) is stored in a cupboard and slides onto a rail above the small table when more space is needed.
The vehicle offers ample storage space, with a large cupboard in the bathroom area, cupboards with roller shutters and further storage on the right-hand side. There is also space under the rear seat for storing additional items.
Camping connection and sockets
The T4 California Exclusive is fitted with a 16A camping connection, located at the rear. It also features two 220V sockets strategically positioned in the washbasin cupboard and on the left-hand side panel, making it easy to use electrical appliances when connected to an external power source.
Upholstery
The seats are upholstered in ‘Kaktus’ fabric, a hard-wearing and durable material that complements the robust and practical look of the interior.
